If they are more than 15 years old, they shall be inspected 4 times a year starting from the 16th year.

3. The service life of operating buses has been adjusted to 10 years. If the bus reaches the scrapping standard and requires continued use, it shall be handled according to the current regulations. Delayed scrapping shall not exceed 4 years: periodic inspections shall be conducted 4 times per year during the extended period of use.

4. During the periodic inspection of the above-mentioned vehicles, if three consecutive inspections in one inspection cycle fail to comply with the national standard "Technical Conditions for Safety in Motor Vehicle Operation (GB7258-2004)", the license plate and driving license will be withdrawn and notified. The owner of the motor vehicle shall cancel the registration. After reaching the scrapping standard, registration and transfer registration are not allowed.

5. Operational vehicles converted into non-commercial vehicles and non-commercial vehicles converted into operational vehicles shall be scrapped according to the specified service life (8 years) of operational vehicles.
