What should I do if excel preview printing is out of range? Dry goods!

Sometimes when printing excel files, due to the problem of margin setting, one page can be printed completely, but it is printed in several pages. How to solve this problem? Let's talk to you.

1. Run excel and open the file to be printed. The right side of the dotted line in the figure below is a part of the overprint area.

2. Press the "Print Preview" button, and the printed result will be 2 pages, with separated contents and poor display effect.

3. Click the View option in the toolbar.

4. Select "Pagination Preview" under the "View" option to see the effect.

5. Move the mouse to the blue dotted line in the page, and drag it to the extreme right to coincide with the right box, as shown in the figure.

6. Press the "Print Preview" button, and you can see that the whole document can now be printed on a piece of paper, which perfectly solves the problem of out-of-range printing.

Note: previewing the effect before printing the document will save a lot of paper.
