Speech at the first meeting of newly appointed village group leader

Hello everyone! I am glad to have the opportunity to study with you here today and express my views. I am a recruit working in the countryside. Today's meeting is also a rare learning opportunity for me. I would like to take this opportunity to sincerely thank you for your support for the work of town cadres in villages and village committees.

Everyone should do every job well with a high sense of responsibility, especially around how to develop the village economy.

Every time we do something, we must think about whether it is legal, whether it is beneficial to the villagers, whether it will harm the interests of the villagers, and whether it will leave some "tails".

Responsibilities of the team leader:

First, collect and reflect the opinions and suggestions of this group of villagers to the village Committee;

Two, to convey the relevant decisions made by the villagers' committee to the villagers of this group;

Three, to assist the villagers' committee to handle the village's public affairs and public welfare undertakings.

Production:

Part-time job held by local villagers, not divorced from production, elected by the villagers' group meeting, which should be attended by all villagers in the group.

The election method is flexible, and one or more people can recommend it. Everyone raises their hands or applauds. It can also be that villagers recommend candidates first, and then the whole group of villagers vote. The villagers are not satisfied with the work of the team leader and can change at any time.
