If it cannot be published, you will be prompted that the parameters are wrong.

Navigate to the Privacy tab and adjust it to the system default level, then select the Security tab and click Default Level. After restarting the browser, you can log in normally.

Go to the "Security" tab, click the custom level, and in the new pop-up dialog box, under the "cookies" item, all items are defined as "enabled". And adjust the security level to intermediate.

If you still can't log in normally, please clear Delete cookies and Delete Files in Browser-Tools-Internet Options-General tab, restart your browser and try again.
