After leaving the factory, a few people ran away. After two days, they ran away one after another. Finally, only about half of the people are still working. There are several branches in the electronics factory park, and each branch has a different production line. There are good and bad production line management, the good ones are left and the bad ones are not done. Then, Shanghai, as we all remember, is a high-cost place, but I only stayed in the suburbs for a while, which is similar to ordinary third-tier cities. The basic salary of ordinary employees in my supermarket is a little over 3900. Pay and harvest are basically proportional, and the high wages of Shenzhen, Suzhou and Shanghai Electronics Factory are basically temporary workers. Wenzhou is the right choice. There are large and small manufacturing enterprises and factories in Wenzhou, and the wages of small enterprises are higher than those of large enterprises. Wenzhou should build more dormitories next to the factory and build more new ones with less demolition. There are many employment opportunities in Wenzhou, and there are not too many age restrictions. As long as you are willing to work overtime, you can. The second thing, when the flight landed, I didn't bring a cigarette or a lighter with me. Go to a cigarette hotel in the city to buy cigarettes and ask the boss what local people like to smoke. Then the boss confidently said that Wenzhou people smoke Chinese, followed by Liqun. I thought Wenzhou people smoked Chinese every day. Am I in the wrong place? Objectively speaking, Wenzhou's first advantage is that it is not exclusive, unlike some cities that are biased against outsiders. Second, the entrepreneurial atmosphere is very good. Many people come to Wenzhou to work as small bosses, which is related to Wenzhou's entrepreneurial enthusiasm and low entrepreneurial conditions. Wenzhou's disadvantage is that it has no vision and pattern. Wenzhou pays attention to practical interests from top to bottom, or pays attention to vested interests, which is not harmful to making a living and making money. However, Wenzhou has not been able to attract high-end talents well. The reason is that it is difficult for aspiring high-end talents to play a role in Wenzhou.
