1. People coming from Nanning, Heihe, Baise, Huizhou, Yunfu, Hengshui, Dongguan, Shenzhen, Hangzhou, Baoding, Langfang, Mudanjiang, Xishuangbanna, Beijing, Tianjin and other local epidemic areas, please bring them with you for 48 hours Proof of negative nucleic acid test, and then take another nucleic acid test after arriving at the destination; those who have recently arrived at the destination from the above areas, please take the initiative to report to the community, hotel and unit, and perform two nucleic acid tests within 3 days as required Nucleic acid testing, continue to conduct self-health monitoring for 7 days, and please take personal protection when you must go out. Once symptoms such as fever, dry cough, nasal congestion, runny nose, fatigue, sore throat, hyposmia, conjunctivitis, myalgia, diarrhea and other symptoms occur, please report it immediately and go to the fever clinic to explain the epidemiological history in detail.

2. People from counties where medium and high-risk areas are located are temporarily suspended from coming to Binhai. Those who really need to come to Binhai will undergo 7 days of centralized quarantine and 7 days of home health monitoring after arrival. People who have arrived in medium- and high-risk areas within 14 days before the announcement are required to implement health management until 14 days after arrival, and undergo two nucleic acid tests within the first 3 days of follow-up. After returning home, they should not go out or gather unless necessary.

3. Personnel from other counties in the cities where medium- and high-risk areas are located should not come to Binzhou unless necessary. Those who really need to come to Binhai must present a negative nucleic acid test certificate within 48 hours and undergo a nucleic acid test upon arrival. Personnel who have arrived in medium- and high-risk areas within 14 days before the announcement is required to undergo two nucleic acid tests.

4. Personnel in high-risk positions such as service support personnel, isolation places, designated hospitals, fever clinics, and cold chain-related enterprises in airports and port areas who have direct contact with inbound personnel or goods should try to avoid coming to Binhai to ensure that Those who need to enter the beach must be away from work for more than 14 days and have a negative nucleic acid test certificate within 48 hours. They must report to the destination community 3 days in advance. After returning home, they must not go out or gather unless necessary.

5. Persons with recent travel history should pay close attention to the information on the circulation trajectory of cases and asymptomatic infections and the information on medium- and high-risk areas published in the epidemic areas. Close contacts, sub-close contacts, people whose activities overlap in time and space with positive infected persons, people who have been to or passed through medium- and high-risk areas, and people who accompany them at the same time and space must immediately report to the community, hotel and unit, and cooperate with the implementation of isolation medical observation . Persons with a history of traveling to land border port cities in the past 14 days are required to present a negative nucleic acid test certificate within 48 hours and undergo a nucleic acid test upon arrival.

6. Strictly restrict travel to medium- and high-risk areas and counties, and do not travel to other counties in cities where medium- and high-risk areas are located unless necessary; personnel in high-risk positions should avoid traveling as much as possible, and those who really need to travel They must be away from work for more than 14 days and have a negative nucleic acid test within 48 hours, and report it to their unit; fever patients, people with "yellow code" health codes and other personnel must fulfill their personal protection responsibilities and actively cooperate with health monitoring and nucleic acid testing. Do not travel until the risk of infection is eliminated.

7. It is recommended to check the latest epidemic prevention and control policies of the destination through the Chinese government website and the State Council client applet in advance before traveling, and prepare sufficient protective equipment such as masks, hand sanitizers, and disinfectant wipes. Actively cooperate with local epidemic prevention and control measures, try to avoid taking public transportation, and take personal protection during the journey.

8. Gatherings and parties are not encouraged during holidays, especially large-scale indoor gathering activities. The epidemic is still going on and the risks are all around us. Citizens and friends are asked to continue to maintain personal protection measures such as "wearing masks, washing hands frequently, measuring temperature frequently, and gathering less" and develop good personal hygiene habits. Once symptoms such as fever, cough, fatigue, etc. occur, immediately go to the fever clinic of a medical institution and try to avoid taking public transportation.

9. Vaccination against COVID-19 is currently the most economical and effective way to prevent COVID-19.

Citizens and friends who meet the requirements and have not yet been vaccinated are asked to take the initiative to get the new crown vaccine as soon as possible. Citizens who have completed the full course of immunization for more than 6 months are encouraged to actively carry out booster immunization. Friends who have completed enhanced immunity should still not relax their vigilance and still need to maintain personal protection.
