Why is there no traffic usage reminder?

There are several reasons for using mobile phones to generate traffic but not receiving traffic SMS reminders:

1. Your mobile phone has been turned off or stopped for more than the time limit for sending SMS (i.e. 24 hours);

2. The SMS storage space is full;

3. Due to the influence of network and rush hour, there may be some time delay or information loss when sending SMS.

If the above reasons are excluded, it is suggested that you can contact the Unicom customer service where the number belongs to verify the relevant reasons.
