In this year's first "Xinhui Chenpi Emperor" competition, two "Chenpi Empresses" belong to the same person-Tan Guoquan, who has been dealing in Chenpi for more than 3 years. What's the story between him and Chenpi? Our reporter went to visit this old man in Chenpi.

When we walked into Uncle Quan's shop, we smelled the fragrance of dried tangerines. Boxes of dried tangerines filled the storefront, while some old dried tangerines were sealed by Uncle Quan in glass bottles.

Uncle Quan, who is 62 years old this year, is proud to say that he can have two copies of old tangerine peel sealed at the same time. He really met a bosom friend this time. The two award-winning dried tangerines were left by growing tangerines when I was a child. For Uncle Quan, they contain not only economic value, but also the influence on his life.

since 1973, Uncle Quan has been engaged in the export sales of dried tangerine peel in the supply and marketing cooperative at that time. Every month, he took the dried tangerine peel from his hometown to the north, constantly expanding the sales market of dried tangerine peel. In 1997, Uncle Quan opened this dried tangerine peel shop. Quan Shu said that although the storefront is small, every piece of dried tangerine peel sold is made by him personally. From skin selection to skin drying to selling to guests, every link is full of love for dried tangerine peel. When I am busy, I have to go to several towns to choose skins every day. When I am tired, I fall asleep on the pile of dried tangerines.

You must choose a good weather before processing the dried tangerine peel. The peeled tangerine peel should be put in the sun for two or three hours, and then ask the workers to open it and dry it one by one."

For decades, Chenpi and Uncle Quan have dealt with each other all their lives. Whenever, it is these Chenpi that I miss most. Every time I see the dried tangerine peel that I personally basked in being affirmed and the regular customers keep looking back, it is the greatest satisfaction for this Chenpi person.

Tan Guoquan, the owner of "Queen of Dried Pericarpium Citri Tangerinae", said, "The guests especially like the old dried tangerine peel, and they are reluctant to part with it after selling it, but I feel very happy."

Now, Uncle Quan has entrusted his own Chenpi store to his daughter to take care of it, but he still insists on going to the store every day, never forgetting to see his old friends, make a cup of Chenpi tea, savor Chenpi fragrance and reminisce about his past with Chenpi.
