How to get to Zhongshan Scenic Area?
Spring and autumn is the most suitable season to visit Zhongshan. In spring, everything revives and flowers bloom. At this time, it is a very good choice whether to enjoy flowers or go for an outing. The following is a recommended tour route for your reference. Zhongshan Tourism Seasons
Let's talk about the most suitable time to play in Zhongshan. Personally, it is spring and autumn. In spring, Zhongshan is full of flowers and everything is revived. In autumn, the phoenix trees in Zhongshan float yellow, especially around the tunnel in ming tomb and Meiling Palace, which are the most beautiful places! Zhongshan Tourism Traffic
(1) First of all, it is a big traffic. From Confucius Temple to Zhongshan Scenic Area, you can consider subway transfer or bus transfer to subway, as shown below. Internal traffic guide
Let's talk about the traffic in scenic spots. Generally speaking, it is very difficult to visit all the major scenic spots in Zhongshan as much as possible in one day, so let's take a look at the relevant situation of the tour bus first:
There are two modes of transportation:
(1) Sightseeing loop: it is suitable to visit all the scenic spots.
Alfalfa Garden Station (originating station)-Meiling Palace (ming tomb Museum) Station-Sun Yat-sen Mausoleum Parking Station-Post Office of the Republic of China (Greenway around Purple Mountain) Station-Nanjing Institute of Physical Education (Forest Moore Block) Station-Linggu Scenic Area Station-Liuhuixie Station-Sun Yat-sen Mausoleum South Station-Dongjiao State Guesthouse Station-ming tomb (Zixia Lake)
(2) Sightseeing route: It is suitable for selectively visiting some interesting spots.
If you only want to visit one or two scenic spots here, choose a one-way ticket. If you want to see all the scenic spots as much as possible, of course, it is cost-effective to buy unlimited times.
the first kind of itinerary is to play according to the route of traveling around, and the whole journey is connected by tour bus (or combined with walking). Proposal 1: Time-saving and labor-saving route strategy
If you visit according to the sightseeing loop, it will save time and effort. The first stop is Meiling Palace, and Meiling Palace, also known as
"the official residence of the President of the National Government", is the place where Jiang and Song often stay, and there are many exquisite buildings and environments.
The second stop is ming tomb, and ming tomb is the burial tomb of Zhu Yuanzhang and his wife. As the imperial tomb, its ancient buildings, combined with the beautiful natural environment, have a lot to see and appreciate. There are many flowers here in spring, so don't miss the tunnel under the red leaves in autumn.
The Ming Dongling, which is easily overlooked in ming tomb Scenic Area, is the mausoleum of Zhu Yuanzhang's son Prince Zhu Biao. Because the Ming Dongling has basically destroyed only some architectural sites, few people come, but in spring, a tall apricot tree in front of the Prince's Mausoleum is in full bloom. If you combine Zhu Biao's personal experience, you may have a lot of feelings. If you are not in a hurry, you can take a stroll according to the signs.
The third stop is Sun Yat-sen Mausoleum, which is also a scenic spot that needs physical strength. Generally, it's noon when you visit Sun Yat-sen Mausoleum. If you don't have any food, you can eat in the commercial street outside, and the taste will be average. Then you can climb up after a rest.
Looking at the steps at the foot, you will have a deeper respect for Mr. Sun Yat-sen when you see this magnificent mausoleum, which is a spiritual symbol.
After visiting Sun Yat-sen's Mausoleum, it is easy to miss a scenic spot. Many people may think it is a boring scenic spot when they see that the tickets for the music station are not expensive, but it is actually very tasty.
The Music Station was built in the Republic of China and is a supporting project of Sun Yat-sen Mausoleum. It mainly commemorates the music performance and assembly speech of Dr. Sun Yat-sen during the ceremony. It combines Chinese and Western styles, and has a broad vision and is integrated with nature.
It's very pleasant to just sit on the stools around, get in close contact with pigeons and enjoy the stereo sound when they surround (it's really a music station).
The fourth stop is Linggu Scenic Area, which is the farthest in Zhongshan. The core of Linggu Scenic Area is Linggu Temple, which was built in the Southern Dynasties and is one of the three major temples in Nanjing in the Ming Dynasty. In spring, the magnolia in the temple is very emotional with yellow walls.
From the perspective of architectural appreciation, the most worth seeing in Linggu Scenic Area is this beamless hall, which is one of the reasons why I have come all the way.
It is the oldest and largest brick arch-coupon temple in China (in 1381). Simply speaking, because of its unique arch design and ingenious distribution of load-bearing, there are no common load-bearing pillars in the temple, which looks wonderful.
During the period of the Republic of China, the Wuliangdian was transformed into a memorial hall for the fallen soldiers of the National Revolutionary Army, so the visit at this time has a solemn feeling, which is also one of the manifestations of Zhongshan's profound humanities.
There is Linggu Pagoda behind Linggu Temple. You can climb to the highest place to have a panoramic view of Zhongshan. Option 2: a route that consumes more energy but is closer to nature
After talking about the normal and labor-saving tour, let's talk about my original route of being close to nature. First of all, I declare that this way consumes more energy, so it is not suitable for everyone, but it is suitable for cool spring.
First of all, it starts from ming tomb, which is the most connotative scenic spot and has the earliest opening hours. If you want to avoid crowds (especially on weekends), you can take the early subway and arrive at Gate 1 or Gate 3 of Meihua Valley in ming tomb at 6: 3, but it takes about two kilometers to walk.
You can swipe your ID card or QR code to enter here. Especially in spring, there are many beautiful flowers in Meihua Valley. You can visit it for a while and post some pictures you took before.
After seeing the flowers, you can follow the signs to ming tomb.
Then, after visiting ming tomb, I went to Sun Yat-sen Mausoleum and Music Station.
Finally, I went to Linggu Temple. Walking from Sun Yat-sen Mausoleum to Linggu Temple is physically exhausting, and it is also the farthest part of my whole trip. However, the scenery along the road is beautiful, surrounded by lush vegetation, and there are often gurgling streams crossing the roadside, especially the section where the emblem pavilion flows. Personally, it is the most beautiful and comfortable performance of Zhongshan in spring. Of course, this requires strong physical strength and comfortable weather.
