From Changsha Railway Station to Orange Island, the most convenient transportation mode now is by subway. From Changsha Railway Station, take Metro Line 2 (west of Meixi Lake, take 6 stops and get off at juzizhou station, and get off at Juzizhou for about 20 minutes. You can go directly to the south gate of Yuelu Mountain. There is no direct subway from Changsha Railway Station to the south gate of Yuelu Mountain. You should follow the above method to the east gate of Yuelu Mountain, take subway line 2 and get off at _ Wanzhen Station, then transfer to bus 5 or 132 and get off at Taozi Lake and walk to the south gate. You can also transfer to bus 106 /906 /202, get off at Hunan University Station and walk to the south gate of Yuelu Mountain.

The above travel modes to Yuelu Mountain are all buses. In fact, if many people travel together, taking a taxi is a very convenient way. Changsha Station is about 10 km from the south gate of Yuelu Mountain and about 6 km from the east gate of Yuelu Mountain. The taxi fare will not be very high. If four people travel, the cost of taking a taxi will not be much more than that of taking a bus.
