First, remove the intake pipe of the exhaust gas turbocharger and check the turbine shaft of the turbocharger. It is found that the radial and axial clearances of the shaft are normal. Remove the supercharger air pipe, there is no lubricating oil in the pipe. Remove the exhaust pipe connector with lubricating oil at the rear end of the supercharger. Remove the exhaust manifold. There is no lubricating oil in the exhaust manifold of all six cylinders. After disassembling the supercharger, it was found that there was too much carbon deposit at the exhaust turbine end of the supercharger and the oil return hole was blocked. After removing the carbon deposit, troubleshoot. The temperature at the turbine end of turbocharger exhaust gas is high. If the lubricating oil of Howe engine is not changed regularly, carbon deposit will easily form at the oil return hole. When repairing the supercharger, remember to clean the hole. Once you encounter the lubricating oil discharged from the back end of the supercharger, don't rush to identify the supercharger as damaged and replace it with a new one.
