When I was young, I wanted to be a policeman, a doctor, an actor and a cake maker. Now I want to be a teacher. First of all, why should I choose this ideal? That's because when I visited my distant relatives, I passed a small mountain area that looked very poor and remote. I stood at the top of the mountain and looked around. I found that there was not even a decent school there. I think I want to be an excellent teacher in the future and teach in poor mountainous areas. In my mind, teachers are like nameless candles, burning themselves and illuminating others. For my ideal, I will learn more knowledge and pass on what I have learned to the children there. I will also learn to enlighten them and solve their troubles. I will be a good teacher with both wisdom and ability. Being a teacher is also because I have special feelings for this profession. I have known since I was a child that being a teacher is sacred. The Chinese teacher in our class has been with us for six years. She is unknown, especially when she insists on giving us lessons a few days before giving birth. This persistence moved me, and I feel more and more that my ideal is a teacher. It depends on the teacher's selflessness. I will carry on with this spirit. As my ideal, I will work hard and move towards my teaching career.
