Chengdu has many scenic spots, and when talking about this beautiful city of Chengdu, we can’t help but think of its neighbor, Emei City. Emei City has a world-famous scenic spot, Mount Emei, and It is known as "Emei's most beautiful place in the world".

Taking advantage of the summer vacation, we came to Mount Emei. With all our strength and strength, I finally climbed to the top of the Golden Summit.

That night, after we safely arrived at the terminal on the train bound for Chengdu, we changed trains several times. After a three-hour drive, we finally arrived at the foot of Mount Emei. When I saw the big plaque of "Baoguo Temple", I was extremely excited and excited! At this time, it started to drizzle in the sky. This rain is so timely, it washes away the smell of sweat all over the body, and also washes away the fatigue of the past; this rain is like a welcome rain, falling into the forest, and joining in the welcoming symphony, as if saying: "Welcome, welcome! Welcome friends from Chongqing!" We walked briskly, humming a melodious ditty, talking and laughing along the way, and we were very happy.

After buying tickets at Leiyin Temple and entering the gate, we officially entered the Emeishan Scenic Area.

Looking at the beautiful scenery of Mount Emei along the way, everyone admired her beauty. The protruding Broken Stone Mountain with jagged rocks is like a discordant wave rising in the calm sea; the mountains stand erect and undulate, as if to say: "One mountain is higher than the other." Each one is uneven. Everyone in Xianshan wore green robes and dressed themselves up to look good. Walking in the forest, the gurgling stream, the sound of frogs and birds are always with us; the towering trees protect us from the sun and rain, and the small saplings shake their heads to say hello to us. There was peace in the forest...

The joy along the way made us almost halfway up the mountain before we knew it. But in front of us, a long series of stone steps stretches into the distance, hidden in the woods. I don’t know how far away... It’s neither possible to advance nor to retreat now. Just after walking up a set of stone steps, my mother and my companions were so tired that they couldn't stand upright. We children were also so tired that we were sweating like soybeans, and we didn't hesitate at all. Next, after walking up a set of stone steps, I had to rest for a long time, and I was no longer in the mood to see the scenery. I just "moved" slowly like this, and finally reached the halfway up the mountain, found a "farmhouse", covered my head and fell asleep. Let’s talk about it tomorrow.

The next day, I woke up early in the morning. The rain was falling hard and fiercely, as if God was letting all the raindrops pour out to stop people from entering the mountain. This downpour is no longer as refreshing as the drizzle. It makes us feel more about the difficulty and hardship of this journey. In order to reach the Golden Summit, which is more than 3,000 meters above sea level, and have a glimpse of the Buddha statue, we got ready early: put on slippers, raincoats, and umbrellas. No matter how heavy the rain is or how strong the wind is, we are confident that we will reach the Golden Summit.
