Talk about issuing a lawsuit.

As a legal person, do you think you are willing to go to court? My answer is no, there is no way to do it. Litigation is to solve disputes, but this process is more troublesome. I don't think anyone wants to make trouble. However, sometimes there is really no way, so we seek public power to deal with it. I have to pray to meet a good judge with a conscience and ability. There will be no winning the lawsuit, losing money, or just getting a legal IOU. Be thankful for yourself, or there will be a lot of trouble.

Judging from my litigation experience, there are still many judges with conscience, and only a few really dare not compliment.
