1. When the mold is off-line, it is necessary to keep a complete mold product for measurement. The whole die product that needs to be preserved must completely meet the requirements;

2. Be responsible for measuring whether the dimensions of the core, cavity and toothed plate of the off-line mold are within the standard requirements of the drawings;

3. If the size exceeds the tolerance range required by the standard, fill in the maintenance list and send it for repair; When the mold is unknown, submit it to the technical department or the mold department for discussion and treatment;

4. If the size meets the standard requirements, the corresponding inspection and maintenance shall be carried out before being put on the shelves to ensure the production efficiency when returning the order;

5. The mold administrator must save all mold data and establish relevant mold files, including mold drawings; Mold drawings are provided by the mold department;

6. The use of the mold must establish corresponding account records; Include collection time, offline time, repair time, repair content, spare parts replacement, repair result, repair time and maintenance items;

7. After the mold is sent back for maintenance, be responsible for signing and testing the mold, and follow up the quality control test until the mold is confirmed to be OK;

8. Be responsible for 6S work in the area. Report to the supervisor in time and coordinate the handling of all kinds of abnormalities in the work;

9. On-line mold abnormalities are handled by technicians and team leaders of the production line;

10. Fill in relevant forms and daily work report in detail.
