Step 1: Check what your child can do.

This is the first step of rehearsal, because time is tight. If the content of the arrangement is too different from what the child has already mastered, it will take a long time to re-learn. In order to reduce this time and give play to their advantages, we must first look at the children's foundation. What can they put on the stage in their daily training? What have they got? Who will know? What do others know? How proficient is it? As a coach, you must check first and know well before the overall framework can come out.

Our Taekwondo Gymnasium mainly practiced nunchakus routines and leg techniques, so I began to check two basic stick techniques and found that children can basically master them, and nunchakus was confirmed as a group display project; I looked at the basics of children's leg skills. In leg tests such as forward kick, cross kick, forward fly kick, forward fly cross kick, whirlwind kick, etc., first determine the best players and give them difficult moves. Other physical qualities and skills are average, so I arranged a simple action first.

Step 2: Determine the formation and choose the leader.

If there must be a person with a loud voice, skillful movements, high enthusiasm or high level among children, let him be the protagonist, standing in the front row, responsible for giving passwords and commanding other children. In the formation arrangement, it is suggested that primary school students choose one person to stand in the front row as the standard, and others can follow this person's movement speed and rhythm to play the role of a broadcast gymnastics leader.

For the rehearsal of six children, I used the formation of 123, that is, one captain in the first row, two in the second row and three in the third row, which was inverted pyramid. The principle is that whoever is more skilled in technology and has a greater desire to express will stand up, on the one hand, for the final stage effect, on the other hand, it can also stimulate children's sense of competition in rehearsal, and if it works, move forward and then adjust dynamically at any time.

Step 3: Establish the framework of the program 1.0.

The children rehearse according to the simplest demonstration form first, and then stand in a row directly, and the group leader gives the password to do the actions in an orderly way. In this process, you don't need any action details, as long as you can play and be neat. On the one hand, the purpose of this arrangement is to increase the tacit understanding of children, on the other hand, this goal is easier to achieve. If the simplest form can't be played neatly, then nothing can be played. Use this model first. Bring all the children's levels closer to one level. If the whole routine is irregular, delete the irregular part. When everyone can play reasonably well, challenge them and add those difficult parts. That's what I arranged. Half a set first, half a set neatly, and then a full set. If you can play as a teacher, you won't teach. Come back to practice after teaching.

Step 4: Constantly upgrade the content and form of iterative performance.

With 1.0, you can add some elements such as broken legs and formation changes, and iterate out the versions of 1. 1, 1.2, 1.3 ... The coach should have a director's mind and know how to present the program best and which ones are the most brilliant.

Step 5: Select the background music.

The style of background music should conform to the performance style, and the performance with momentum must use the music with momentum. Some movies and games are quite exciting and suitable for Taekwondo performances. If it's just a June 1 program, just pick a piece of music. After all, it doesn't have to get stuck. If you want to rehearse with the rhythm of music, it will be quite professional, and it will take a lot of time to design actions with the drums of music. I still can't afford it.

Step 6: stimulate the desire to show and do a good job in the acceptance of finished products.

Do you want all the audience to cheer for you? Do you want to be the focus of the stage? With such a big stage and so many programs, why should the audience remember you? You must have a strong, very, very strong desire to show all your energy from head to toe so that you will be remembered. Don't back down, this opportunity is only once. It's up to you whether you can grasp it and add luster to yourself, the class and the Taoist temple. Come on!

Generally speaking, after talking to children, they will work hard on the stage. In fact, whether it is performance display, actual combat confrontation or daily study, people must have a strong desire to do well in order to really do well.
