The completion of the Yangtze River Bridge made Chairman Mao's dream a reality. This bridge is very strong. I heard from the teacher that countless ships have hit it since it was built, but it has survived unscathed, which is really amazing.

Also, this bridge can carry both cars and trains. It is a road-rail bridge, which brings convenience to people's lives. Before, people could only cross the river by boat, which took at least 40 minutes. But now people directly cross the bridge by car, which is much more convenient. Later, people built the Second Yangtze River Bridge, the Third Yangtze River Bridge, the Fourth Yangtze River Bridge, the Youtiaozhou Yangtze River Bridge, and the Erqi Yangtze River Bridge. So many bridges bring convenience to people's travel. People from other provinces and cities saw that we had so many bridges here and came to invest in Wuhan, making Wuhan more prosperous.

In addition to the bridges on the Yangtze River, Wuhan also has many overpasses. These overpasses are really connected in all directions, and people can pass through them in all four directions, without any obstruction. I heard a classmate of mine say that the overpass near their home is as high as ten stories. I was extremely surprised: Couldn't such a high overpass allow tens of thousands of people to stand on it at the same time or hundreds of cars to pass through at the same time? Then the congestion in Wuhan could be greatly alleviated.

The most favorite thing is the light rail bridge. Nowadays, many students and office workers are rushing to travel by light rail. Why is this? First, it is more punctual; second, it will not cause traffic jams and is faster; third, light rail is environmentally friendly and good for the environment. There is less pollution; fourth, the light rail bridge is flat and does not sway left and right, making it very stable for people to ride on.
