After taking part in the work, the biggest feeling is that the people and things I come into contact with at work are not as simple as when I was at school, which makes me feel complicated. The principle of making friends is to treat each other honestly and honestly. But it actually backfired.

One of my colleagues is from other departments, and our office is very close. During lunch break, we go out to buy some fruit or take a walk. Basically, we can talk about anything. Once we talked about leadership, because I knew the situation, so I told the truth. As a result, in two days, many people in our same floor knew these things, and then I knew the reason and gained a long memory.

Therefore, when we all want to be honest with others, if the other person doesn't think so, then it is ourselves who are hurt. Therefore, the best way to protect yourself is to talk about public topics and be frank when you are happy.
