No matter when you are a leader or a member, you can't do without team management, because the result of work is accomplished by team cooperation. Performance can't be accomplished by one person, and the stability of the store can't be maintained by one person. Perhaps for me, team management is a bottleneck in my career. HM, as a fast fashion brand company, has opened stores quickly in recent years, and its personnel are highly mobile. The VM partners and manager partners at the same level are constantly changing, and the superior leaders are also changing one after another. Unstable teamwork challenges me again and again. But as long as you know that the core strength of team management is to solve problems, develop work ability and improve effective communication ability.

In short, as a VM, training has always existed. Good training requires adequate speech preparation, and speech skills are also the part I have always wanted to learn in VM work, but I have never had time to exercise well. I remember that every time I gave a speech, I should be quite nervous and didn't reach my ideal. 5. Do you like working overtime?

When I first graduated, one of my work goals was to finish all the work without working overtime. On the one hand, I want to improve my work efficiency, on the other hand, I want to balance my life and work. Later, no matter to improve the display performance or develop yourself, it is inevitable to work overtime. It doesn't seem too much to work overtime like this, because hard-working people are the cutest.

What if this is overtime? There are always tardy colleagues with low work efficiency, colleagues with poor work quality who need to redouble their efforts, leaders with suggestions, sudden changes in company activities or marketing methods, or too much workload. It will be really tiring to work overtime repeatedly like this.

I don't like working overtime, but I used to study overtime by myself in order to become a VM. Maybe no one wants work to interfere with normal life, maybe some people are workaholics, and they revolve around work except sleeping and eating. No matter what it is, if overtime is meaningful and can bring benefits, why not turn negative energy into a driving force for progress?

6. Are you willing to pay after work?

This topic is actually a little similar to the last overtime topic, but the main idea I want to express is, will you spend extra private time for your work to maximize its display effect? For example, when training, no one asked for your training form, but in order to better reflect your professionalism, you made a very clear and beautiful PPT. In order to make a brilliant PPT, you may need to learn some new knowledge about making slides. In order to show PPT, you also got new skills in using the projector. You also added a lot of useful new information points through extra search. When you give them to others, do you also expand your brain information base? When you do this, others will see what you have done, and you will be proud of yourself in the process of showing.

Maximize the effect of your work, and you will learn many unexpected but very useful skills. But do you like working overtime? Would you like to spend your off-duty time doing your work? The work of VM brings me more happiness than anxiety. Anxiety is the pressure of the workplace, not the VM profession. This makes me look like an artist sometimes and a fashionista sometimes. I still remember that every time I take a photo with a theme style, I show my clothes to my employees, find a good angle to take a big picture, and I am proud to look at the photo when I retouch it. I was also invited by HR to share my growing experience as a part-time VM promoter in HM. At that time, I was a graduating student, but you should never forget the growth and learning you gained in one place.
