What are the little red books and yellow books for studying abroad?

Students who study in the UK for the first time are required to show their international travel health certificates, and many students are also confused about the specific types of international certificates for vaccination or preventive measures. Today we will talk about what these pamphlets are.

Little Red Book: International Travel Health Examination Certificate (used to prove that "no infectious diseases that may cause great harm to public health were found in this medical examination"-"Conclusion" comes from the last page of Little Red Book)

Little yellow book: international certificate of vaccination or preventive measures (all vaccination records will be on it)

It is said that these two may have been chosen at random when going through customs. Although it is troublesome and expensive, we still have to do it. Must go to the designated unit for physical examination, not issued by ordinary hospitals or epidemic prevention units.

First, physical examination preparation

The designated unit for medical examination abroad in Beijing is Beijing International Travel Health Care Center (hereinafter referred to as the "Medical Examination Center").

Address: 23rd and 25th floors of Jin 'ao International Building, Madian East Road 17, Haidian District.

Office hours: 8: 00 am-11:20 (physical examination and vaccination), and afternoon13: 00-16:15 (vaccination and evidence collection).

It is best to make an online appointment more than two days in advance. There are two ways to make an appointment:

1. Click official website of Beijing Entry-Exit Inspection and Quarantine Bureau.

Click on the link corresponding to "Entry-Exit Physical Examination Appointment" in the "Online Processing" column on the right to make an online registration appointment.

2.

Log on to the following website /ImportantNotes.aspx, and register according to the prompts of the medical examination reservation platform.

After filling in the reservation information, the system will generate a reservation form.

At 7: 30, the appointment began to queue up for the medical examination. If there is no appointment, you need to fill in the form on the spot and pay at 8 o'clock. (Online booking and direct queuing) It should be noted that it is said that the number is limited every day, and those who make an appointment will definitely be able to have a physical examination. If you don't have an appointment, you don't have to come for nothing.

However, according to the experience of some students, there are many people who make an appointment, and the queue is much slower. So, it's up to you to decide whether to make an appointment or not.

Items to be carried on the day of physical examination:

Id card or passport (whichever is retained)

Printed appointment form and informed consent form (the latter seems to be unnecessary, so pay attention to prevention)

Two-inch photos (four were written on the reservation form, but two were actually used, so you can take 3-4 photos for later use).

Foreign school form

Original and photocopy of previous vaccination records (this will be described in detail in the vaccine section later)

Cash (the fee schedule will be given for reference later, generally 1000 is enough) or UnionPay card.

Second, the physical examination process

1.

On the morning of the physical examination, I was on an empty stomach (I didn't eat or drink). It is best to wear clothes that are divided up and down, and avoid wearing pantyhose. Please don't wear clothes with metal buttons or inlaid with various materials, and wear thin cotton-padded clothes. Before the inspection, you must remove the necklaces, pendants and other accessories (quoted from the reservation form). Girls had better avoid the menstrual period.

2.

Only 8: 00- 1 1: 20 in the morning, if there are not too many people, it can be finished in about 1.5 hours, so in order to ensure that all procedures can be completed, go to the physical examination center at 9: 30 at the latest. (I went on April 30, and there were not many people. It is said that May is the peak. I saw someone say it would take 7: 30+ 1 1 to finish, so ... let's book it early! )

Line up at the counter when you arrive. Routine projects will be done, other projects (hepatitis B five, tuberculosis skin test TB)

The nurse will advise you to follow the requirements of the school, but you can choose not to do it. The nurse will also ask her if she has had chicken pox. Students who hold a passport to make an appointment also need to take a photo with a camera on the spot.

After that, the nurse will give you a physical examination form with all the examination items and their locations, as well as comments.

If you want to get vaccinated, there will be a list of vaccines. Take the signed form, pay at the window, and you can start the physical examination.

4. Physical examination items:

X-ray: You can't wear anything with metal objects, so girls need to take off their underwear unless there are no metal hooks. ...

Blood drawing: 2 tubes need to be drawn, which hurts a little. ...

B-ultrasound: I want to show my stomach, so I said not to wear one-piece clothes ~ I will print out the report as soon as I finish.

Electrocardiogram: You need to lift your coat and roll up your trouser legs to prove the rationality of the dress code again ... ECG will be printed out immediately.

General practice: including height and weight, auscultation and vision.

Vaccine: Take a copy of the vaccine list and previous vaccination records to the vaccination room for vaccination and an injection. You can get the yellow book in 20-30 minutes, and the doctor will call your name. If you miss it, go to the box at the door and look for it yourself.

Urine test: usually done last. One reason is that you have to wait for Xiao Huangben just after vaccination, and the other reason is that the water you just drank needs to go down ... When handing in the form, everyone will give out a small test tube and then take a small container from the next box. You will know how to use it at a glance. ...

5. After all, take the physical examination form, B-ultrasound report, yellow book and school form to hand in the form.

You can get two copies and physical examination results in the afternoon after 3 working days. If you don't want to pick it up yourself, you can choose express delivery, and 20 yuan can deliver it within the Fifth Ring Road.

Third, vaccines.

This is the most troublesome part ... in fact, the physical examination is only to get the little red book, the vaccine is to get the little yellow book, and more importantly, it is necessary to hand in the immunization form required by the school.

Hepatitis B): ***3 * * 3 injections, the second injection is at least 4 weeks after 1 injection, and the third injection is at least 8 weeks after the second injection. Or a blood test proves that there are antibodies.

Leprosy cheeks (measles, mumps,

Rubella (MMR): * * * 2 shots, the first 1 shot must be after 1 year, and the second shot must be at least 4 weeks after the first 1 shot. Or a blood test proves that there are antibodies.

Chickenpox/Chickenpox: * * 2 needles, at least 4 weeks apart. Or a blood test proves that there are antibodies. Or have a medical history.

Tetanus-diphtheria-pertussis (TDAP): 1 needle, which must be done after 2005. If you call before 2005, you need a tetanus-diphtheria booster vaccine. Only Td can not meet the requirements.

Meningococcal disease: Students under 2 1 year old who live in school dormitories need to get 1 needle, but other students don't need it.

Tuberculosis skin test: It is done at school, which means it is not needed at home.

The inspection unit needs to fill in the form and seal it, and attach all the original vaccination records and antibody inspection records.
