Kung fu: one horizontal and one vertical (see yourself)

At the beginning of the movie, when the night is dark, people are dressed in black, and the surrounding buildings are all black, Ip Man says something that understands the truth of the world, which probably means that no matter how strong your background is, in the martial arts world, the big boss is the last one standing on both sides, and then there is a wonderful fight. At first, I thought the film would run through like this, just like the audience who ate melons. Unexpectedly, Wang's sunglasses are still Wang's sunglasses. (Because I didn't know that Wang Sunglasses told the three realms of the master until I finally finished reading it. )

Let's review the whole movie first:

It seems that an old thief and authoritative man (Gong Lao) with both ability and political integrity wants to retire, but he wants to find a good prospect for Wulin in the end, so he first helped the big apprentice lead the way in the north and became famous in one fell swoop. Now he comes to the south, as if to pave the way for his big apprentice (I'm not sure, I'll understand after watching the movie), but the big brother can't stand his temper, and he doesn't know who provoked who first.

Isn't this a trick on the old man? As a result, the old man asked his big brother to go back to the northeast, and then Ip Man got into a fight with Lao Ye. Then IP Man chatted with the old man, got into a fight, and won (I don't know whether he really won or the old man let him). Ip Man got his name, but Gong Er, the old man's daughter, didn't want her maid-in-waiting to be ruined, so she fought with IP Man privately, and then Gong Er won (although she won some water), and then they didn't know each other. This is the first part of the calculation.

In the second part, the Japanese came and the old man's apprentice became a traitor. He wanted the big brother to turn around, but he wouldn't listen. He fought with the old man, and he was killed, because he was not as good as the younger brother after all. Then the old man's daughter wanted to keep it, and she wanted to go back and forth to get back at the big brother. But the big brother said that she was married, not counting the palace people, and would not fight with her. So Gong Er vowed never to marry, have children, or pass on art, so he finally blocked the master elder brother at the railway station and abolished him, but Gong Er was also seriously injured. After meeting Ip Man in Hong Kong, he died after a while, and the play was over.

First of all, this movie is a bit informative, so I'll just pick a few points to talk about it.

Wang Sunglasses is a generation of great masters represented by Harmony Palace.

The audience who eat spicy strips (including me) always thought that the generation of masters they were talking about was IP Man. I think Wang Sunglasses are the epitome of Ye Wen and Gong Er. At the beginning of the film, IP Man had his own understanding of Kung Fu, and he joined hands with Gong Lao. Then IP Man competed with Gong Er, and then the Japanese came. He had contact with IP Man and Gong Er (the uncompromising martial arts master killed by the Japanese), and the directors all told IP Man's narrative fate one by one. At the beginning, Gong Er rescued an octupole boxing master who was chased by the Japanese at the railway station (because the octupole boxing master played was independent of the whole movie, I felt that Wang Sunglasses wanted to write about the whole Wulin. But I was a little reluctant to meet Gong Er, so I think), Ma San, Master Gong, Master Gong's brother, and so on, the director used their perspectives to describe the people in that generation of martial arts circles. This is the "generation" depicted in the whole movie, because the whole movie depicts IP Man and Gong Jia, so I don't know if those people are "masters".

My immediate understanding is that Wang Sunglasses is about the masters of that era. Someone will definitely ask, the name of the film is a generation of masters, so who is the master? I think See Yourself is a master, because at the end of the movie, Gong Er sees the world, while Ip Man talks at the beginning (see the opening picture) and shakes hands with the old man (see the world).

The old man (who never forgets anything, there will be echoes), his brother (face, lining), and the master who performed octupole boxing are unknown, and Wang Sunglasses did not spend too much space to describe them. The master is obvious. Ip Man looked back and forth at himself and the world, but I'm not sure if I can see all beings, because the whole movie almost uses IP Man's narration to describe the fate of people around him, and the director didn't give a clear answer.

What is the world that IP Man talked about in Hand in Hand with the Old Man?

What does it mean to see yourself, heaven and earth, and all beings? See if the mountain is a mountain, not a mountain, or a mountain? I can't understand these without clear examples.

There are also those beautiful pictures, one of which is very beautiful, but the characters are piled together and almost motionless, which I can't understand and I don't know how to express my meaning.

These three points can be analyzed if some netizens can understand them.

As far as the whole movie is concerned, it is still Wong Kar-wai's consistent style. The shooting technique that attracted me most was that Wong Kar-wai took some details very carefully, which made it feel real, but not lengthy, and it was very exciting and hearty, as shown in the following figure.

Friends who have seen it don't know if they are like me. We can compare it with another "punk" played by Tony Leung Chiu Wai at the end of the punk story, and get dressed and ready to go out.

The whole film is more artistic than commercial, which runs through the "three views" of the whole film. There is a small fight in the film, and Gong Er and Ip Man know each other. There are some feelings in it, I feel a little reluctant, and some characters are reluctant to contact. But the whole film pattern does not affect.

So this is a good movie.
