A fragment depicting Bao jiaozi

Today, my mother-in-law said to eat jiaozi at noon.

My father-in-law and I went to the market to buy dumpling wrappers. When I got home, my mother-in-law had prepared the meat stuffing. When I saw it, the first kind was fresh meat stuffing with celery, and the second kind was fresh meat stuffing with vegetables and mushrooms.

So my mother-in-law and I wrapped it up. I first put a dumpling skin in my palm, then put the meat in it, dip my hand in a little water and draw a half circle on the outermost surface of the dumpling skin, and then pinch it in half. A jiaozi made it.
