3.2 basement treatment construction:

During pipeline construction, the excavation shall reach the design elevation. The design requires the bearing capacity of the foundation at the bottom of the ditch to reach 120 kpa. Because the foundation of the foundation trench in my bid section can't meet the design requirements, the electric power design institute, the management company and the supervision unit * * * decided to carry out 3: 7 lime-soil replacement construction for the foundation trench that can't meet the design bearing capacity. According to the requirements of all parties, the replacement construction test section was carried out in our bid section, and the replacement thickness was finally determined to be 0.6 meters, and the width of each side was 0.6 meters.

3.3 Cushion and floor construction:

Before floor concrete construction, steel bars shall be bound in strict accordance with the design and specification requirements. If the steel bars are rusted or greasy, they should be treated in advance, and the steel bars should be bound in a full state. Floor reinforcement design drawings are divided into two layers. In the process of wall-building, the embedded parts of cable supports should be buried every 800mm along the ditch length in time, with the two sides staggered by 0.4m (when constructing in sections, the position of embedded parts should be calculated before construction).

3.5 cover structure

3.6 Plastering construction

3.9 Cable bracket installation:

After the wall plastering is completed, the cable bracket can be installed. The material is HPB235 steel. The height of weld should be greater than or equal to the thickness of base metal. There shall be no flash burr on the cross iron of the bracket, and the included angle shall be polished smoothly.
