What are the design requirements for sponge cities and low-impact development rainwater systems?

(1) The design target of low-impact development rainwater system should meet the requirements of low-impact development control targets and indicators proposed by urban master planning, special planning and other related planning, and combine the climate, soil and land use conditions to reasonably select single or combined technologies and facilities with rainwater infiltration, storage and regulation as the main functions.
