The Significance of the Names of Four Brothers and Sisters in The Pretender

The original author Zhang Yong replied in an interview that the names of Ming brothers and sisters actually come from four aspects:

First, the dialogue between Shen Xiu and Huineng' body is like a bodhi tree and heart is like a mirror platform' contains the names of Mingjiang and Mingtai;

Secondly, there is a poem in Lv Huaishen in the Tang Dynasty, which says that "the shadows on the balcony are reflected in the waves, and the moonlight hangs in the mirror", among which are the names of three brothers and sisters of the Ming family.

Acheng was saved by the Ming building and cultivated and grew up, so it was named after Xu Hun in the Tang Dynasty. There is a poem "Rain is coming, the wind is full of buildings", which refers to the Ming building facing the city, and there is a sword in the crisis;

The fourth story is also related to him. In the Tang Dynasty, Zhang Yu wrote a poem "Sword into Dragon", taking the first sentence "Gu Jian is sincere and unyielding, clever and obedient", so it was named "Ming City". After this poem, there is another sentence: "Clouds and waves break through a hundred feet, and the Shuifu jumps over thousands of feet."
