How to change the absorbent mop head? How to take down the old mop head? Ask experts for advice!

1. Generally, two screws are used to fix the mop head on the mop. So when you want to remove the old collodion mop head, first put the mop flat on the ground, then hold the mop down and unscrew one side of the screw with a screwdriver.

2. After unscrewing the screws on one side of this collodion mop, use the same method, that is, lay the mop flat on the ground and find two screws on the other side to unscrew it.

3. After unscrewing the four screws on the left and right sides, you can now remove the original collodion mop head. After the collodion mop head is separated from the mop rod, it looks like this.

4. Now, find a new collodion mop head to replace. It should be noted that the screw holes around the mop head of this collodion (sponge) to be replaced should be the same as the original one, otherwise it will not be aligned with the screw holes of the brace on the mop, as shown in the following figure.

5. Align the hole position of the new collodion head with the hole on the mop stay, and then tighten it. If the alignment is not good, you can erect the sponge head and mop side. If the sponge hair is hard and difficult to get stuck, you need to soak the sponge head with water first.

6. In this way, screw in the two screws on the other side in turn. When screwing the screws, it is best to screw the inside first, and then screw the outside.

7. Finally, when all the left and right screws on the mop head are screwed on the mop stay, a new collodion mop head will be replaced.
