It's tiring to stay up late. I was running during my internship. At that time, I felt that everyone was resting at work, and everyone was working at rest, but the income from running was much higher than that from maintenance, and the work was more stable. But when you are older and haven't climbed to the leadership position, you will usually end up being sent to a third-class unit for maintenance.

The working hours of maintenance are normal, just like the life of office workers in our impression. Working during the day and going home at night, life is relatively normal. If you are in the main business of steam turbine, boiler, fuel, etc., you still get a lot of money, but the work you do is also tired. Also, most maintenance workers in power plants have to go out to work. If you don't go, there will be no work in the factory, so you can only go home and rest, so there is no bonus, only salary.
