Leak detection

The content of wall leakage detection is carried out before delivery, and it is also selected to be tested the next day after heavy rain. Mainly check whether there is water stain oozing on the wall, especially pay attention to the corner, top surface of kitchen and bathroom and external wall. If there is water stain, it means there is leakage and it needs to be improved immediately.

Cracks in the wall are relatively easy to find. When detecting cracks in the wall surface, you can detect the cantilever structure walls such as external walls, load-bearing walls, floors and balconies to see if there are obvious cracks.

Flatness detection

When the surrounding light is dim, use a high-power light bulb (200 watts) for lighting. As soon as the light is on, whether the wall is flat or not can be seen immediately through the shadow of the light. If it is uneven, it is necessary to re-fill putty and paint. Partial painting is not recommended, because it will lead to the difference between the new wall and the original color. In addition, you can also use tools such as a long ruler to get close to the wall and check whether the wall is flat or not.

Verticality detection

For the detection of the verticality of the wall, it is required to use a 2-meter ruler to measure, and the error should be within 3 mm. If the error is large, it will have a great impact on the aesthetics of the later decoration and needs to be repaired immediately.
