The web version of QQ space can't reply or send it out. What should we do?

Scheme 1: Reset IE browser and clean up cache:

1. Click Start-Open Control Panel-Open Internet Options-Click Delete in the General tab, check the record cache to be deleted, and then click Delete;

2. Click the "Advanced" tab to restore the advanced settings-click "Apply";

3. Click "Reset"-check "Delete Personal Settings" in the pop-up window-click "Reset";

4. Click OK after reset, and then close and reopen the browser for testing.

Option 2: Set dns.

Operating steps:

1. Right click "Network Neighborhood" (win7/8 system is a network)-property.

2. Right-click Local Area Connection (win7/8 needs to click the upper left corner to change the adapter settings)-Properties-double-click Internet Protocol Version TCP/IPv4.

3. Check "Use the following DNS server address"-set it to 8.8.8.8114.114.4438+065438-OK.

Scheme 3: reinstall the flash plug-in (this scheme is not applicable to win8 system, please skip)

1. You can open 360 Security Guard-Software Manager and search for' flash' for reinstallation. Note: This operation does not support systems above win8.

2. Use the "uninstall flash" tool to uninstall the flash plug-in of the current system;

3. Click the latest version of "Adobe Flash Player for IE" to install.
