Take this thing and three [source mines] (note that purple mines are not orange ingots) to the end of the tunnel behind C 'Thun, and you can see three NPCs. You can exchange badges and three minerals for weapons with one of them.

Better have Chloe's progress. If you don't kill Chloe, at least kill Gemini and bring the invisibility potion. If you are lucky, you can bypass 1 10 and enter the NPC room.
