What is the mentality of those who blindly ask others to do their duty and enjoy themselves?

It is a selfish mentality, so you should stay away as soon as possible. People living in the world can never please everyone. No matter how good a person is, in the eyes of those who hate you, they are all hypocritical. No matter how much you pay, in the eyes of ungrateful people, you are just an outsider.
