Is naked resignation naive?

I don't think naked resignation is naive. When it's unbearable, everyone will consider naked resignation.

However, if you can bear it, you still don't recommend naked resignation unless you are sure that you can find a job soon after you quit your job, especially if you want to change careers.

I also encountered the problem of resigning this year, but I didn't have naked resignation and I didn't dare to go to naked resignation.

I have been wandering in big cities for three years, and I am 27 years old this year. I have no house, no car and no savings. When I want to change my career and apply for a job, I hit a wall again and again. Finally, force yourself to study hard for three months and dare to resign when you find a new job.

Let's share my own story.

The first job I regret.

I 18 graduated from college, majoring in foreign trade, but I felt no interest in doing foreign trade soon after graduation, so I didn't choose foreign trade for my internship and work. After graduation, I chose to accept the domestic sales job of a chemical company. There are two reasons: this company is quite large and ranks among the best in the same industry. There is also a clear development plan for the next few years, which looks more reliable; Also, I think even if young people can't do sales for a long time, they can exercise for two years and can't change careers.

Now I feel stupid and waste my status as a fresh graduate. I chose a sales position because I was not interested in foreign trade. I'm not interested in this chemical industry, and it's strange. After working for three years, I am physically and mentally exhausted. I don't like sales or chemical industry. Finally, I had to choose another industry.

In fact, when you graduate, you should find your own interests and find your favorite industries and jobs. The society is tolerant of fresh graduates and does not need any work experience. The company will spend a lot of energy on training. This year, I was rejected n times on the grounds of "inexperience and unsuitability". I really want to tell myself three years ago, don't blindly choose a job and find a career that I am really interested in. It's not that easy to change careers!

Three years have been wasted.

Let me talk about my three-year work experience. It says that I chose a sales position in the chemical industry. In fact, I was transferred internally after two months of sales. The reason is that I am a brick and need to move there. The company set up a new department and lacked a product specialist, so I went.

The job content of this position is vague and uncertain, mainly doing EXCEL and PPT. The content is some business data analysis of products and various tasks assigned by leaders. I seem to do a lot of things every day, but all I do is simple data analysis, and EXCEL and PPT can only do some ordinary chart functions.

Then this position, I don't know why there is no clear path for promotion and salary increase. I don't know if it is because it is a newly established department and there is no perfect salary system. It was bloody. Only a few hundred dollars in three years. Summing up these three years, I didn't make any money or learn any skills. Oh, I'm going to cry.

As for why you don't leave early, do you know the skills of "drawing cakes" in the world's leading cities? As you all know, you will get a salary increase in the first year, but you don't know if you will not get a salary increase in the next two years. Then it will be difficult for us to enter this industry. I know a lot about this industry, and I am an insider, so I don't want to change careers easily. This mentality is a bit like students have to find their own professional counterparts. Four years of study can't be wasted.

Job hunting has hit a wall many times

It says that I have worked for three years, and I haven't made any money or learned any skills. I am 27 years old now. I don't think I want to waste any more time on this work. If I go on like this, I will be ruined, too. I am still young and still want to struggle, so I decided to change my job and don't want to spend any more. Having learned the lessons of this job, I must choose a job that I like and want to do.

Because one of my college roommates is engaged in new media operation, I learned about this industry from her, and then searched a lot of information on the Internet and read a lot of contents of new media operation shared by UP owners. I think I am more interested in the new media operation industry.

After I decided to switch to new media operations, I saw a lot of new media operations on the recruitment website. Everyone said that the threshold for switching to new media operations is low. I directly invested in many companies' new media positions, and either there was no response, or I replied that it was inappropriate to have no work experience.

I was devastated because my resume failed and I couldn't get an interview at all.

Want to study first

After the delivery of resumes was hit, I went online to find out how everyone switched to new media operations. 80% of people engaged in new media operations are non-professionals. I'm curious how long it will take you to prepare for a career change.

I saw some self-taught students, signed up for classes, and immediately wanted to change careers. I don't know how long it will take me to study by myself, and the materials and exercises are not easy to find, so I signed up for class. The new media operation training courses recommended by everyone are basically several courses such as Warm Stone Network, Semi-Private School and Class 3. After watching the experience class and online assessment, I finally chose a training class, which lasted about three months.

I thought I would find a job in new media operation soon and wanted to resign as soon as possible, but it would take at least three months later, so I was afraid to go to naked resignation. Think about the consequences of naked resignation:

Cut off the source of income

If naked resignation wants to work for one month and study for three months, including resigning early, there will be no source of income for at least two months. Before, my salary was not high, I could save more than 1000 every month, and I still lived in the company dormitory.

Once I lose my income in naked resignation, I have to spend it normally (I have never wasted it, and my expenses can't be reduced much), plus the monthly rent of more than 2,000 yuan (I have a general understanding of the rent level in my area), it is ok to have no income for two months. If you don't find a job in time and don't work for several months, I'm afraid there is no source of income.

The house is also a problem.

I live in the company dormitory. If I move to a place without a goal, I definitely want to find a house near my new job, so it will be more convenient to work in the future. I don't want to find a house to live in until my new job is confirmed. I have too much luggage in three years. Unlike graduates who can carry suitcases to find jobs, stay in youth hostels and find short rent, it is really difficult for me to move at the age of 27.

Mentality is easy to collapse

There are financial reasons, it is difficult to find a house, five insurances and one gold, and so on. The mentality of naked resignation's descendants is really easy to collapse, and they start to feel anxious just thinking about it. If I am in naked resignation, my anxiety will make me unable to concentrate on my study, unable to study and prepare well, and will change my anxiety, which is a vicious circle.

Finally, I decided to study while working. Compared with the anxiety that naked resignation may bring me, I am still afraid to go to naked resignation at the age of 27.
