Zhenjiang, formerly known as Jingkou, Runzhou and Nanxun, is located in the south of Jiangsu Province. Yi is the earliest place name in Zhenjiang, which was called Guyang in the Spring and Autumn Period, Dantu in the Warring States Period, Jingkou in the Three Kingdoms Period, South Xuzhou in Jingkou in the Southern Song Dynasty, and Runzhou after the unification of Sui Dynasty. Dinghui Temple, located at the southern foot of Jiao Shan in Zhenjiang, was built in Xingping period of the Eastern Han Dynasty, with a history of 1800 years. Dinghui Temple was originally named Fu Saiji, Fusaiji in Song Dynasty and Jiaoshan Temple in Yuan Dynasty. It was renamed Dinghui Temple during Kangxi's southern tour of Jiao Shan in Qing Dynasty, and it has been in use ever since.

Zhenjiang Kanluojita 1928. Kanluo Temple Tower, also known as Gong Weita, was built in the first year of Yuanfeng in the Northern Song Dynasty. In the seventh year of Tongzhi in Qing Dynasty (AD 1868), the top of the tower was damaged. In the 12th year of Guangxu (AD 1886), it was struck by lightning again, and all the upper four floors fell to the ground. Later, it was renovated and restored to its original appearance.

Zhenjiang Jiao Shan 1928. Jiao Shan, also known as "Qiaoshan Mountain", "Lion Mountain", "Shuangfeng Mountain" and "Ruyu Mountain", is located in the Yangtze River east of Zhenjiang and is known as the "mainstay". Because Jiao Guang, a hermit, lived here at the end of the Eastern Han Dynasty, it was named "Jiao Shan".
