When a relaxed environment is created.

The third floor of Yuelefang Building near home is a children's paradise, and there are many places for children to learn: painting, English, dancing and so on. Yesterday, I took my grandson to the children's playground, and I saw the opening of a newly renovated Le Hui Club! The new store was opened to teach music. Courses offered include: piano, drum set, guitar, band, ukulele and so on. As soon as I entered the door, I saw Lego bricks played by children.

On a table, a set of Lego bricks, red, yellow, blue, white and black are eye-catching. There is a child playing with building blocks.

Although there are Lego bricks at home, it is not fun to play alone. Seeing the children playing, my grandson joined in.

Children who are not music students break into the "territory" to play, and I am afraid they will be driven out. Worry is unnecessary. After playing for a long time, no one came to say anything; I didn't leave until my grandson was satisfied with his play, but no one intervened: I wouldn't let him play.

I remember one time, a parent let his baby walk into a painting training institution in order to let him watch his children draw. Let the baby look at the current situation of children's paintings through the glass door, but he was driven out. Euphemistically called: "Don't influence children to learn painting!"

In our life or work, we need to create a relaxed environment. Wouldn't it be nice to open the door for babies to play with tall building blocks instead of giving up children to learn music? On the other hand, by playing with tall building blocks, maybe one day the baby will sign up to learn music!

Creating a relaxed environment and a good atmosphere is a good way to attract talents anytime and anywhere.
