Why can't I send the video headline number of the text clip in the clip?

First, shoot a video with your mobile phone, then open today's headlines, click the release function icon, select send video, and select the video to be released.

Click Next, fill in the title and introduction, click Publish, and wait for the transmission to be completed, that is, the video has been uploaded to the headline. If it still doesn't work, the video may contain sensitive words and some propaganda things, so it is not allowed to be sent.
