Pen-turning course

1, prepare a pen, relax your hands, and then reach for your finger.

2. Hold the pen between the first finger (index finger) and the second finger (middle finger), and swing the palm back and forth to make the pen make a circle between the fingers, as shown in the figure.

3. Then practice your hands in reverse, as shown below.

4. Do the same action between the second finger and the third finger (ring finger), as shown in the figure.

5. Similarly, do the same action between the third finger and the fourth finger (little finger), as shown in the figure.
