How to correct hunchback?

One day in the summer of one year, I rushed to the county town from my hometown. When I arrived at the county station, I only bought a ticket to Harbin in the afternoon. I had nothing to do, so I went to my alma mater. I hope Kui Yizhong will take a turn.

That day, when I arrived at Wangkui No. 1 Middle School, I found that the monthly exams were taking place in the No. 1 Middle School. I sat on the side of the school playground and watched these younger brothers and sisters walking out of the examination room tiredly. Some were carrying schoolbags and some were holding books, but many of them were slightly hunchbacked, and these hunchbacked children were almost all slender.

Looking at their figures, I thought of myself. When I was in high school, I had a severe hunchback. But now, even if I don't deliberately straighten my back, it is not as hunched as before.

This photo was taken by my colleagues last weekend after I discovered ***’s shared bicycle at the Heilongjiang Provincial Science and Technology Museum. Although due to the habits I have developed over the years, my head is still stretched forward habitually when riding a bicycle, but my back is no longer easily visible as a hunchback.

The reason why my hunchback has improved is because I have made three efforts:

Gain weight.

I was really thin when I was thin. During my physical examination in college, I was only 90 pounds. Because I was not used to the food in Nanning at that time, I lived on instant noodles every day, so in half a month, I went from I lost 105 pounds to 90 pounds. Before I reached the current 150 pounds, my peak weight was 120 pounds.

When I was thin, I often felt cold. When I felt cold, whether it was during the day or in bed, I used to curl up with my shoulders hunched and my body hunched. I feel that curling up like this will make me feel warmer. .

After I gained weight, I often felt hot and would stretch unconsciously. The originally curved back gradually straightened due to the filling of fat.

There is only one way for me to gain weight: become a melon-eater.

In the summer of 2016, watermelon in Harbin was extremely cheap. When it was cheap, it only cost 70 or 80 cents per pound. Every night after get off work and passing by the vegetable market, I would buy half a watermelon to take home or have dinner with. Eat it with dinner, or after dinner. Watermelon is sweet and watery, and I can’t get enough of it, so I eat more every time. As the saying goes, a man cannot be rich without windfall, and a horse cannot be fat without a night of grass. I became fat by eating half a watermelon before going to bed every night.

Sleep without a pillow.

After gaining weight, I found that my original sleeping position curled up was uncomfortable. I was eager to find a suitable sleeping position, but I never found it.

Until one day, I suddenly thought, what would happen if I didn’t sleep on a pillow?

So I gave it a try.

Maybe it was because I was too tired from work that day, or maybe it was because I didn’t have a pillow for the first time that night. When I got up at night, I felt that I had slept very deeply, as if my whole body was pressed against the bed. I couldn't get up at all, but I actually felt an unprecedented sense of comfort. So, since then, I have been obsessed with this position.

After a while, my hunchback also changed enough.

I guess it may be because when I was lying flat, my whole body’s weight was on my back, gradually straightening my back.

Conscious correction.

When I was working in my last company, an artist came to the company. She was sitting diagonally behind me. I could see her when I turned my head. I found that she was different from all my colleagues. One place is: She is sitting at her workstation, her back always straight.

I have never seen anyone with a straight back like her, except for soldiers.

I am so envious of her straight back.

Since then, I have often straightened my back consciously.
