Contradictions in Buddhism
People who are interested in philosophy or other aspects will find that no matter what kind of discipline, they will eventually encounter the category of philosophy, or the principles are all the same, and I think the same is true of religion.
Let's not say that the Buddha is unable to protect people. Let's talk about "what Buddha said."
I think what Buddhists call Buddha is a spiritual life beyond the six divisions in the wheel of karma. Its lifestyle is an unimaginable or even incomprehensible existence. It can be a whole or countless non-whole beings. For example, you can imagine the whole city as a huge living body, and the flowing vehicles are equivalent to red blood cells transporting oxygen (that is, the corresponding people) to various parts, making energy and waste. During the day, the whole city becomes active, which is equivalent to waking up and falling into silence at night, which is equivalent to sleeping. You can say that this city has a complete idea. It expands outward, absorbs things and produces waste gas. This is a life of thinking. But the monomer that constitutes the city, that is, we human beings, is also a thinking life.
Personally, I think Buddha is very similar to this whole and non-whole existence. According to the Tibetan Scripture, the Tibetan Bodhisattva can incarnate countless trillions of people, and that's what he means.
Since the Buddha is such an unimaginable and incomprehensible existence, what the Buddha said is incomprehensible to mankind, that is, unspeakable. The Tao Te Ching of Taoism is the same. The first sentence at the beginning says: Tao can be Tao, which is extraordinary. Translated, Tao, if it can be said, is not the real Tao.
Generally speaking, summer insects are not ice. For an ant, we are as powerful as the Buddha. Can you tell an ant how to make it stronger among its kind? Even if humans invented tools that can communicate with ants, can ants imagine human life? Unless this ant can acquire eyes and brains as capable as human beings through cultivation, it can understand human beings. Just as human beings have to practice to communicate with the so-called gods and buddhas and get rid of the six divisions in the wheel of karma. This is why the Buddha can't directly measure people. As a small ant, we should work hard.
Let's talk about fortune telling. Buddhists pay attention to karma, and it is the kind of unsatisfactory karma. What you did in your last life or this life will be rewarded, or this life, or next life. Especially easy to fall into the three evils and suffer. If so, then fortune telling can be forgotten. After all, since the karma is not good, the inevitable consequences will definitely come, so it can be calculated.
Of course, there is a way to change your life, and that is to believe in Buddhism, do good deeds and accumulate virtue, and offset the evil things you did in past lives. (I still have questions about this. If you go on, you will be preaching religion. Let's not talk about it.
I am also interested in fortune telling. I have seen many "masters" do calculations for people. Now fortune telling is basically free to calculate the past and pay for the future. Some people can calculate other people's past with 99% accuracy. But as long as anyone who has studied fortune-telling deeply knows, the past 99% may not be counted as the future 99%. Why, because people's future is really full of uncertainty, maybe you changed your life because of countless living people, maybe you changed your original practice because of the result of fortune telling. And there is a saying that life is becoming more and more stingy. This reminds me of the famous uncertainty principle in physical quantum mechanics. When you observe a particle, your observation behavior will also affect it. It is related to fortune telling, and even your observation of your future (that is, fortune telling) will have an impact on your future.
Also, various Buddhist teachings contradict each other and fight. According to Buddhism, practice is to get rid of the six major divisions in the wheel of karmic suffering and get a positive result (I still don't understand what this positive result is, so I will only say the six major divisions in the wheel of karmic liberation). Since people practice, most of them don't understand what the Buddha said, so all kinds of strange cultivation methods have been released, and it is not surprising that all kinds of arguments fight. Buddhism, just in China, I don't know how many branches there are, and how many practices each branch has, such as chanting and copying scriptures, meditation, observing bones, and Japanese autopsy. Speaking of the well-known tantric happy Buddha, it is really strange, but it also has its reasons. Often seeing things about sex will make people used to vomiting, and then there will be no desire in this regard. I don't know if anyone really succeeded in practicing.
I am an atheist with ghosts, and I think ghosts exist. As long as you look at the story of Lotus, you will know how many people have vowed to meet their loved ones. I don't think everything can be explained by hallucinations. ) there is no god as omnipotent as God, and even if there is, it is not something that people on earth can touch. In my opinion, Buddha is not a god. In people's minds, God is omnipotent. Almighty is someone who breaks the rules or can make them. For example, on the earth, people can't stand on the water. This is a rule. Whoever can break this rule and stand on the water is a god. ) Buddha is just a man who abides by the rules. Buddha can't destroy the six divisions in the wheel of karma, but only through "degree" can people escape from reincarnation.
All the above are based on the inference of the existence of Buddha, which is my own inference. Please forgive me if there is any mistake.
