Automatic operation: pressure transmitter and flow transmitter are installed at the outlet main pipe of the water pump, and the pressure signal is sent to CPU224, which compares and calculates the received signals and gives instructions to control the frequency converter. If the detected pipe network pressure is greater than the set value, the system will not start, and when the pipe network pressure is less than the set value, the system will start. The frequency converter soft starts the 1 # pump. At this time, the 1 # pump is in the state of variable frequency speed regulation, and the frequency converter can adjust the speed of the pump at any time according to the received signal. When the rated speed of 1 # pump still can't meet the water pressure requirements, the pump will automatically switch to the power frequency state, and the frequency converter will control the 2 # pump to run in soft start. And so on until the pipe network pressure meets the pressure setting requirements. After the peak water consumption, due to the input of multiple pumps, the pipe network pressure exceeds the set value, and the system stops 1 # pump and 2 # pump in turn according to the principle of first input and first stop. First put into operation, then stop using, can realize the average use of multiple pumps, which is beneficial to prolong the service life of pumps. For the start-stop control of all pumps, it is completely determined by the pipe network pressure.

When there is little water consumption at night, in order to save energy, you can enter the hibernation function. When hibernating, the small pump can start automatically, and the three large pumps can stop, and the pressure can be replenished in time according to the degree of pressure drop. When the pipe network pressure is greater than the lower limit setting, wake up the frequency converter to start working again.
