The birthplace of Mrs. Li Changyu

Li Changyu 1938 was born in Rugao County, Jiangsu Province, China, a wealthy salt merchant family. 1949 or so, he moved to Taiwan Province province with his mother and other family members, while his father was killed while taking the Taiping wheel to Taiwan Province province. Li Changyu said that his father's death led to the decline of his family, which prompted him to choose a public police college. After graduating from high school, he took the college entrance examination and was admitted to the Navigation Department of Taiwan Province Lihai College (now the Merchant Shipping Department of National Ocean University of Taiwan Province Province); Later, Li was admitted to the Central Police Academy and went to study.

1960, graduated from Central Police School (now Central Police University) with a major in police affairs, and worked in the police department of Taipei City Government. In the same year, he was promoted to sheriff and became the youngest sheriff in the history of Taiwan Province Province.

Prior to that, he served as Commissioner for Public Safety in Connecticut, director of forensic laboratory in Connecticut, and chief criminologist from 1979 to 2000.

He has successively identified several major cases, such as the murder of JonBenet Ramsey, the murder of OJ Simpson's wife, the murder of Raj Peterson and the suicide of Chen, and even participated in the investigation of the two most suspicious murders in American judicial circles: the assassination of President Kennedy and the assassination of his younger brother Kennedy.

Lee has a good relationship with senior American politicians and a close personal relationship with former President Bill Clinton. He was involved in the investigation of Lewinsky incident and the forensic work after the 911terrorist attack. Li also went back to Taiwan many times to help identify several major criminal cases, including the murder case of Liu Bangyou, the murder case of Peng, the murder case, the shooting case on March 19, and so on, and the most recent case was Su Jianhe.
