Second, establish students' self-confidence.

3. Infiltrate and expand Chinese knowledge in Chinese teaching at ordinary times.
When learning new words, I will list all the polyphonic words and similar words I encounter, so that students can look them up in the dictionary to remember and master them. For example, when learning the word "long hair", I will ask students to say which sound "three" is pronounced, and at the same time master the other sound of "three", and make words, compositions and meetings. When learning the word "clumsy", let students master the word "short" and so on. In addition, I insist on reading accumulation. Since I caught this class in the third grade, I have asked parents to cooperate with teachers and let children develop the habit of reading. I. Preparatory work

Good afternoon everyone! My teaching experience is not rich enough, so I don't care about introducing my experience. I just hope to communicate with all the teachers, and I sincerely hope that you will help me do better in education and teaching. Let's briefly introduce the last final exam from the following three aspects. If there are any shortcomings, please criticize and correct them.
First, the examination situation

I write about my trivial life, the growth of my son and me, my thoughts and experiences of sending my daughter to school, and what I want to communicate with my children through letters. These trivial things in life contain a father's expectation, care and love for his children. I write my own class and turn it into words. We carried out a class for teachers and students, read diaries with children, communicate with each other and learn from each other. I write my reading comprehension. Last summer vacation, I read Suggestions for Teachers and wrote many articles about my reading comprehension. The fourth is about diary teaching. Read students' diaries every day and think naturally. And put these ideas into words, wrote a series of articles about diaries, and introduced them to the students in the official WeChat account. The fifth is to combine the management in the class with the combination of home and school, and form their own thinking into words. Before the school starts and before the holiday, I will write a letter to the parents and students of Class 5 1 to express my thoughts. Let parents know themselves through words and solve the problems that cannot be communicated with their parents one by one. It not only exercised their writing ability, but also gave every parent an opportunity to know the teacher. Through these colorful contents, I have something to write every day, and I don't find food for my daily training homework. After joining the team, I strengthened my belief in training on Wednesday.
