I started drinking mineral water, purified water, etc. when I was 6 years old. I have been drinking it for at least 10 years now. Let’s talk about these four major ones first. It’s water-like, I’ll talk about which one to drink later.

1: Tap water, that is, raw water, I don’t think anyone will drink it, right?

2: Boiled water, that is, boiled water, the water in the water machine in our school here in Zhengzhou, I took it for testing and it failed. The lead exceeded the standard, 0.026mg per liter of water, which is above the average. Although it didn’t exceed the national standard, it still didn’t taste good. I drank it once or twice in high school and then stopped drinking it. But so many people drank it, probably because of habit, so I couldn’t get used to drinking it... Weird smell.

3: Mineral water has finally reached the point where I am good at it. Let’s talk about the taste first, and then the water quality. The mineral waters I have drunk include: Nongfu Spring, Kelan, Evian, Baisui Mountain, Kunlun Mountain, Master Kong, etc. Some of them are off-brand water I drank in elementary school. I can’t remember clearly. The one with the best taste is Nongfu Spring, followed by Evian. Yun, followed by Kunlun Mountain, and the worst is Kelan. I feel that the taste has a lot to do with the minerals dissolved in the water.

As for the water quality, I think it is just like that. There is no professional to check the quality. Because the pollution is too strong, the water sources mentioned by major water dealers are all more or less polluted. Although the pollution is uneven, they all meet the standards. (I can’t guarantee that, anyway, I didn’t drink it to death 23333)

4: Purified water, this is the water I have been drinking now, and I have been drinking it for the longest time, about 6 years. The purified water I have tried includes: Wahaha, C’estbon, and Nestle. The water quality is not much different, but it is better than mineral water, and the taste is better than mineral water. Generally speaking, it is good. (Master Kong is the cheapest and tastes good, but after the new packaging, it tastes bad, not as good as Yibao)

5: Distilled water, in my impression, I have only drunk Watsons, which is not good to drink and has a bad taste. , not as good as pure water, but the water quality should be the best.

Generally speaking, purified water is the most suitable for long-term drinking water. Boiled water is also good. I highly recommend Yibao, it tastes so good!
