Activity time: April 3, 7:00- 12:00.

Venue: Qian Jianglong Binjiang Park (starting point)/the most beautiful Sakura Avenue in Binjiang District.

Activities: 10 km for men and women, 5 km for parents and children, 5 km/10 km for children.

Activity scale: 300 people for men's hiking/300 people for women's hiking/400 people for parent-child hiking (one big and one small). Walking fitness for 2000 people.

Activity mileage: Men and women walk10km, parents walk 5km and fitness walk 5km/10km.

Activity route: Qian Jianglong Binjiang Park (starting point) and Sakura Avenue.

Registration requirements (1) Participants in the Walking Talent Competition should be under 65 years old, and 16 years old or older.

(2) Participants in the parent-child walking competition are under 65 years old (adults), and over 6 years old to under 15 years old (children).

(3) Minors must have guardians to participate in competitions and activities.

(4) Participants in hiking fitness activities are required to be under 70 years old and over 6 years old.

(5) Participants must be healthy and fit for sports.

(6) Epidemic prevention requires that all participants (including staff and athletes) must be permanent residents of China. Those who have been to moderate or severe epidemic areas in the past 30 days must hold negative accounting test reports in the last 7 days before they can participate.

(7) It is not suitable to participate in any of the following circumstances:

Patients with congenital heart disease and rheumatic heart disease;

Patients with hypertension and cerebrovascular diseases;

Patients with myocarditis and other heart diseases;

Patients with coronary heart disease and severe arrhythmia;

Diabetic patients with hyperglycemia or hypoglycemia;

Other patients with diseases that are not suitable for exercise;

Pregnant women.
