The focus of rural revitalization

1. Cultural revitalization is the spiritual basis of rural revitalization. Rural cultural revitalization runs through all fields and the whole process of rural revitalization, providing a steady stream of spiritual motivation for rural revitalization.

2. Industrial revitalization is the material basis of rural revitalization. The revitalization of rural industries is to form a green, safe, high-quality and efficient rural industrial system to provide solid industrial support for farmers to increase their income continuously.

3. Ecological revitalization is an important support for rural revitalization. Ecological livability is the key to rural revitalization. A good ecological environment is the greatest advantage and precious wealth in rural areas. We must adhere to the harmonious coexistence between man and nature, take the road of green development in rural areas, and make a good ecology a supporting point for rural revitalization.

4. Talent revitalization is the key factor of rural revitalization. Without the support of talents, rural revitalization can only be empty talk. The key to the revitalization of rural talents is to make more talents willing to come, stay, do well and get ahead. The quantity, structure and quality of talents can meet the needs of rural revitalization.

People's Republic of China (PRC) Rural Revitalization Promotion Law Article 12 The State shall improve the rural collective property right system, enhance the economic vitality of rural collective ownership, promote the preservation and appreciation of collective assets, and safeguard the interests of farmers.

People's governments at all levels should persist in taking farmers as the main body, relying on the advantageous and characteristic resources in rural areas, support and promote the integrated development of rural primary, secondary and tertiary industries, promote the establishment of modern agricultural industrial systems, production systems and management systems, promote the construction of digital villages, cultivate new industries, new formats, new models and new agricultural management entities, and promote the organic connection between small farmers and modern agricultural development.

Article 13 The state shall take measures to optimize the distribution of agricultural productive forces, promote the adjustment of agricultural structure, develop industries with advantages and characteristics, ensure the effective supply and quality safety of grain and important agricultural products, promote the cultivation of improved varieties, quality improvement, brand building and standardized production, promote the opening up of agriculture, and improve the quality, efficiency and competitiveness of agriculture.

The state implements the guarantee strategy for important agricultural products, determines the guarantee targets by varieties, and builds a scientific, reasonable, safe and efficient supply guarantee system for important agricultural products.
