Tell me, are the courts really fair and strict in judging cases?

The key to whether it can be "fair and strict" lies in "people".

There is no "absolute" in the world.

Fairness and strictness can be achieved with a public spirit: As a judge, if you can strictly grasp legal principles out of a "public spirit" and resolutely adhere to the law in deciding and judging cases, you can guarantee "fairness and strictness."

A crooked mind will distort the law: if you have no sense of responsibility, have a wrong mind, or even "eat the plaintiff and eat the defendant", then there is no such thing as "fairness and strictness".
