At the same time, we should make or draw lessons from better teaching courseware on the Internet, and combine traditional teaching mode with modern teaching mode. Listen carefully. Insist on listening to the teacher's class, learn from the teaching experience of masters and other teachers, and improve their teaching methods.

The ancients said, "Teacher, preach and teach to solve doubts." It can be seen that as a teacher, in addition to imparting basic knowledge, it is more important to impart life truth and answer life doubts. It is difficult to educate people, but it is difficult to persuade students. Teachers should have profound knowledge. If you don't have a good grasp of basic knowledge and basic theory, expand students' knowledge properly, and supplement knowledge outside the teaching materials, you can't complete the sacred mission of teachers. As the saying goes, "Give a person a bowl of water, you must prepare a bucket of water", and the truth reflected by this bucket of water is obvious. Teachers who want to have profound knowledge and high humanistic quality can't be satisfied with the present situation, existing academic qualifications and mastered knowledge. In a blink of an eye, a year passed quickly. I have been paired with Mr. Qian Jun's mentor and apprentice for one year. Recalling the experience and feelings of this semester is really a bittersweet harvest! Here, I am very grateful to the school leaders for creating conditions for our teachers and building a teaching development platform. I am the beneficiary of mentoring, because under the care of the master and other teachers, I am gradually growing, mature and firm! I learned a lot of teaching knowledge, which made me mature step by step in teaching. Now the end of the term, with gratitude, I make a summary of the pairing work during this period. It's a great honor to be Gwan Chin's apprentice. Mr. Qian and I also undertake the teaching of junior high school history. The similarity of work content and nature provides me with unique conditions to learn from the master. Moreover, Mr. Qian is very modest and gentle. Every time I ask him a question, he always takes pains to tell me what he thinks. In mutual discussion and thinking, I learned a lot from Mr. Qian! Teacher Qian has given me a lot of real guidance and help in teaching methods and student management, which has improved me in all aspects. Here I talk about my own gains from several aspects:

First of all, as a young teacher, I think the difficulty is the teaching materials, and the treatment of the teaching materials is not in place, so it is difficult to break through the key points and difficulties in actual teaching. From the beginning of teaching, I talked a lot, and students didn't really participate in the classroom. I tried to give a class, and the students were at a loss. After learning this situation, the master took the initiative to introduce me how to control the classroom order, how to mobilize the classroom atmosphere and how to cooperate in groups. I remember that I was going to open a municipal public class. As a young teacher, I am really nervous. After learning this situation, Mr. Qian gave timely guidance, helped me sort out the difficulties and difficulties in teaching, cleared my mind, came to class when I tried, and helped me correct my shortcomings and mistakes. Finally, with the help of Mr. Qian, this class was very successful. Under the request and guidance of Mr. Qian, I always insist on charging in time. In the usual teaching, when encountering difficulties, key points and doubts in teaching, take the initiative to ask the master, study the teaching materials and prepare lessons with the master, take the initiative to let the master guide the teaching plan, accept the master's suggestions with an open mind, revise the deficiencies, and better understand the teaching materials.

Secondly, mutual evaluation in class is a basic activity form of mentoring, and it has also become the most direct way for disciples to learn from their masters. In this process, I have the following ideas:

1, treat the course correctly. Many young teachers are afraid of being lectured and making a fool of themselves. In fact, attending classes can help us find some problems that we can hardly notice and correct them in time. Because you have to explain the idea of preparing lessons to the master before class, you will pay special attention when preparing lessons. Pay attention to arrange teaching activities around teaching objectives, and over time, improve your level of preparing lessons.

2. Be good at using class evaluation. When the master gives me a lecture, he will tell me many advantages and disadvantages that I didn't realize. For example, in a certain teaching link, I may think there is no problem from the teacher's point of view, but my teacher can see many shortcomings from the listener's point of view when listening to the class. This kind of feeling will be given back to me by Mr. Qian in time during the class evaluation, which will play a positive or negative role and let me make conscious adjustments in the future. The teacher's guidance to me in class evaluation not only stays at the theoretical level, but is reflected in every specific link, and even carefully ponders every evaluation language of students, so that I can understand how a class can really be effective.

3. Learn from the master. I also learned a lot from listening to the master class. Teacher Qian's class is characterized by orderly organization, clear division of labor and high classroom efficiency! The classroom atmosphere is also very good! Really let students learn knowledge in a happy learning atmosphere. We often exchange experiences together after class. In the process of listening to the master class many times, I gradually appreciated his teaching style and accurately grasped the highlights of each class, which benefited me a lot.

With my master's company, I took a lot of detours. From her, I not only learned the experience of education and teaching, but also saw his pragmatic working attitude, which deeply influenced me, and his concern for my life made me feel warmer.
