Then you take out the noodles you want. You must pay attention to this aspect at this time. Don't put it all in, put it in slowly and obliquely, and don't concentrate the noodles in one place. Try to spread the whole pot flat, let the noodles float on it first, and then watch them sink slowly.

At this time, there is a key step, that is, you must gently stir the noodles, so that the umami flavor in the soup can slowly blend into each noodle, and then make the dough stronger through continuous stirring.
