Working principle of stamping die

Stamping die, also called cold die, uses the pressure of punching machine to act on the die, so that the shape of metal placed in the die changes. The working principle of the drawing die is to use the same convex-concave die to press the material through the blanking plate, and process the metal material into various geometric three-dimensional products according to the design needs. There are simple single-mode and complex continuous dies, and the main considerations are machine pressure, die blanking force, die discharging force, blanking gap and structural rationality of complex shapes. There are many kinds of bending dies, such as right angle, acute angle, obtuse angle and complex geometric shape.
