Most people complain about 996, but teachers don't have 996. Arrive at school at 7:30 at the latest, and the normal off-duty time should be around 17:00, and rest on Saturday and Sunday. In fact, I have to study at night and make up lessons on Saturday. Why? Without tuition fees and evening self-study, how can we improve the enrollment rate and cope with the increasingly competitive society?

2) Materials:

In addition to normal teaching tasks, teachers need to write lesson plans and lecture notes. The school will sort out all kinds of evaluation materials from superiors from time to time. Students should produce papers before the exam, analyze papers after the exam, and analyze students at the end of the semester to help students with learning difficulties. Time is squeezed indefinitely.

3) pressure:

Normal 996 pressure is temporary. As a teacher, facing the pressure of further education, evaluation, society, schools and parents, we should not scold or beat and scold students, and we should be cautious in all actions. Because teachers have to eat chalk dust standing in class and sit to correct homework and do courseware, society requires teachers to be omnipotent.
