This cultural carnival is organized in a "1 8" model. "1" is an opening ceremony and "8" is the eight theme activities. The event location is displayed simultaneously in the form of main venue and branch venues. The main venue is located in the People's Square of the ancient town, and branch venues are simultaneously set up in Huayi Plaza, Starlight Alliance, museums, Dengdu Bonsai Garden and each village (residence).
